• Ability to pass all required intermediate training tests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on store operations and sales plans.
• Conduct water analysis and assist with repairs as needed.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
• Identify and recruit new talent for the team.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including daily bank deposits.
