Job summary

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience leading a team (preferred).
A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
Minimum of one year of retail experience or proven lead experience with testing.
Completion of Intermediate training tests prior to key holder role.
New hires with managerial experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, and expenses.
Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
Ensure team follows safety protocols.
Identify new talent and maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised environment.
Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
Open and close store; may handle daily bank deposits.
