Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart is seeking a Shift Lead to provide outstanding customer service and support store leadership in daily operations. You will greet customers, process sales at the POS, keep the store welcoming and clean, and help with merchandising and inventory control.

This role offers hourly pay and opportunities for advancement based on education, experience, and market data. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
