Job summary
Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to join our Clermont, FL team. You will lead a customer service team, ensure safety and efficiency, and coach staff to uphold our high standards.
The role involves promoting memberships and services, handling customer questions, and monitoring daily operations. Weekend/holiday availability and the ability to work outdoors are required; car wash experience is a plus but training is provided.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Car wash experience is a plus, but not required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
- Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
- Work outdoors in all weather.
