Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a frontline team and ensure top-notch service. You’ll motivate Customer Service Attendants, uphold safety, and drive daily operations while delivering a shine customers notice.

The ideal candidate brings prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a team-first mindset. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred).
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
