Sud Stop Car Wash in Pensacola, FL is seeking a highly motivated Shift Lead to guide a team of Customer Service Attendants and ensure a safe, efficient operation.

You will help drive customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, and promote memberships to meet sales goals while working outdoors in all weather. Competitive hourly pay with bonus opportunities and growth potential await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
