Job summary
Sud Stop Car Wash in Pensacola, FL is seeking an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to manage a team during shifts and ensure top-notch customer service. You will help run a safe, efficient operation and motivate staff to meet service and sales goals.
The ideal candidate has prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Weekend/holiday availability and the ability to work outdoors are required.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a service setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
- Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
- Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around).
