Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants on shift. You will ensure superior customer service, safety, and efficient operations while promoting memberships and services. Strong communication, problem-solving, and a team-first attitude are essential.

This role requires weekend/holiday availability, reliability, and comfort working outdoors. Car wash experience is a plus but not required—we provide training.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors for prolonged periods, on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around).
