Job summary

Peet's Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to manage shifts, lead the team, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced cafe. You will model guest-focused service, maintain a clean, welcoming coffeebar, and handle cashing out and opening/closing routines.

Minimum qualifications include 1 year in a leadership role and 1 year of POS/cash handling; must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to perform physical tasks; flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or supervising others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling in related industry.
• Shift Leads must be available for at least three days a week or more, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the job is located.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to perform physical tasks.
