Job summary

Peet's Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, manage tasks, and uphold quality standards in a welcoming coffeebar.

Minimum qualifications include 1 year leading others and POS/cash handling experience, plus availability for at least three days per week and legal eligibility to work in the United States. 18+ years of age and physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience leading others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling.
• Availability to work at least three days a week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity by managing task deployment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure operational excellence by executing opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates during shifts.
