You’ll help keep operations running smoothly and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during your shift.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service.
• Help train and develop new and existing Team Members.
• Keep the team organized and operations running efficiently.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities.
• Lead by example and help create a positive, fun, team-focused workplace.
