Job summary

Zaxby’s Shift Lead in Dickson, TN is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll supervise during your shift, coach Team Members, and ensure the restaurant delivers fast, friendly service guests expect from Zaxby’s.

You’ll help maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness, while keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.
