Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking energetic Shift Leads to supervise the restaurant during shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service that guests expect. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment. Restaurant experience is preferred.

• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities.
