Job summary

Philz Coffee is seeking a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) to oversee daily shift activities, motivate a dynamic team of baristas, and maintain exceptional service and drink quality. You’ll embody Philz Core Values while coaching staff and supporting store operations.

Candidates with previous supervisory experience in fast-paced food and beverage settings are preferred; training will be provided for new hires and promotions. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.
