Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Columbus, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and guide the crew on every shift. You will model the Dutch Bros experience, train new Broistas, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Responsibilities include leading the shift, coordinating with management on promotions, maintaining standards, and supporting inventory and cleanliness. A Food Handler Permit is required, with on-going training and certifications expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Successful completion of the most recent flowcheck (90%+) and on time.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification per regs.
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to uphold Dutch Bros culture and standards.
• Prepare and energize the crew for specials and promotions.
• Train new Broistas in operations and culture.
• Assist with inventory setup, cleanliness, and shift handoffs.
• Communicate with managers and share opportunities for improvement.
