Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Leader at our New London, WI location (1280 N Shawano Avenue). This hourly role provides supervisory coverage during operating hours and leads the team to maintain service standards and cleanliness.

You will train teammates, ensure food safety, handle opening/closing duties, drive guest satisfaction, and model hospitality and teamwork on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with safety concerns in the workplace.
• Reports any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed.
• Conducts food safety and prep audits daily.
• Conducts daily inventory monitors performance and shares responsibility for cash procedures.
