Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a shift management or supervisory role.

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Good hygiene and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager and HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
