Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Supervisor to lead shift operations and coach team members to deliver quality, hospitable service. You’ll supervise food preparation, ensure safety standards, and maintain Freddy’s brand standards across every guest interaction.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring, and daily execution to keep guests happy and teams engaged. 18+ with 1+ year of leadership preferred, with attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must pass a background check and ERC required training.
• Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members.
• Prepare and serve Freddy’s steakburgers and custard to standard.
• Uphold attendance, policy and procedure on shift.
• Maintain the three pillars: quality, cleanliness, hospitality.
• Coach and assist team members to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Follow company safety and security policies; report hazards or issues.
• Train and motivate team members across shifts.
• Support strategies to improve operations and team retention.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
