Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Supervisor to manage shift operations and coach Team Members to deliver top-line service and quality. You will balance hands-on leadership with staff development to maintain Freddy’s brand standards and culture.

Responsibilities include guiding daily restaurant execution, ensuring hospitality and cleanliness, and upholding safety and food-safety requirements. Reports to the Restaurant Operating Partner and supports Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are met.
• Provide exceptional guest service and model a positive attitude for the team.
• Prepare and serve Freddy’s menu items with accuracy and hospitality.
• Maintain attendance, policy adherence, and shift coverage.
• Uphold the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Coach and assist team members to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance and safety issues.
