Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role in hospitality or retail.
• 18+ years of age and able to lift 25+ lbs, stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with clarity, coach, and support the team on the floor.
• Train new team members with the GM and Training Team.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Delight customers with welcoming hospitality and turn them into regulars.
• Handle customer or team issues calmly and with solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment compliant with health standards.
