Qualifications

• Valid ServSafe or equivalent Food Handlers card.
• 2 years of barista experience.
• Able to communicate tasks with team and leadership.
• Must perform basic math computations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized store environment.
• Open and close the store and manage cash handling.
• Communicate store needs to the supervisor and team.
• Schedule a minimum of 30 hours and coordinate with leadership.
• Provide coaching and feedback in the moment.
• Support and model professionalism for guests and staff.
• Uphold company policies and ensure store goals are met.
