Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure MIC Success Routine to meet customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and payroll/labor tasks.
• Manage inventory, cash control, and security procedures.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
