Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical ability to move up to 45 lbs.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee team tasks and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance.
• Coach and train team members for growth.
• Assist with labor, inventory, and cash controls.
• Support GM in screening candidates and shift duties.
