Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, guide a team on shift, and ensure adherence to safety and service standards. This role emphasizes hands-on execution and customer service while avoiding staffing decisions or formal leadership duties.

As a key holder, you will assist with opening/closing, train teammates on equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe car wash environment. This role offers hands-on learning and growth potential within site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Leadership experience in customer-facing or operational environments preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age; license preferred where required by location.
• Background check in accordance with policy and laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership.
• Direct team during shifts, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to management.
• Greet customers professionally and promote memberships and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, and processes.
• Train others on car wash equipment and chemical handling.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe customer experience.
• Delegate to team members and monitor efficiency and quality output.
• Keep the facility clean and safe, including pits and tunnels.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety.
• Support opening/closing procedures per company protocols.
• Serve as a keyholder and assist with site security.
• Address customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Model adherence to policies, safety procedures, and standards.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
