• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership.

• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet and engage customers professionally and promote membership programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit procedures for safety and quality.
• Delegate tasks and ensure efficiency and quality output.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and equipment rooms.
