Spotless Brands LLC seeks a Shift Lead to support daily site operations and provide foundational leadership during shifts. This role is not managerial and focuses on executing tasks, guiding the team, and maintaining service quality.

The position emphasizes hands-on operational experience, safety, and customer service while reporting to site leadership and acting as a key holder as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).
• Must meet certification and regulatory standards applicable to the role.
• Background check per policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks under site leadership guidance.
• Direct team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site/Assistant Manager.
• Greet and engage customers, promote membership programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe, damage-free experiences.
• Delegate tasks and monitor efficiency and quality output.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility including vacuum stations and restrooms.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance for safety and operation.
• Conduct quality checks on interior and exterior cleaning standards.
• Assist with opening/closing per protocol; security under management.
