Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support daily site operations and assist the Site/Assistant Manager. You will guide teams on shifts, ensure adherence to procedures, greet customers, and promote memberships while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn car-wash operations. This role offers hands-on leadership development without formal staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).
• Background check and regulatory compliance as defined by law.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks supporting site leadership without managerial duties.
• Direct team during shifts per established procedures and standards.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet customers professionally and promote memberships and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe, damage-free experiences.
• Delegate tasks to team members and monitor efficiency and quality output.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and equipment rooms.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
• Open/close procedures per company protocols; financial handling under management.
