Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).
• Must meet all regulatory standards and pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Execute assigned tasks and direct team members during shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures under supervision.
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment operation.
• Monitor vehicle flow and service quality during shifts.
• Escalate issues to Site Manager as needed.
• Maintain site standards and participate in routine cleaning and upkeep.
