Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room roles as needed
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experience
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture
