Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality with strong communication, a team-first mindset, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and team-first mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Work in cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
