Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or retail or restaurant leadership, with strong communication and basic math skills and experience using POS systems. Tips plus bonus augment hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Ability to lead by example and stay cool in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew; help train new team members.
• Maintain brand standards and safety; manage shift tasks and closing reports.
