Job summary

Jack in the Box in Sparks, NV is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant Manager. You will supervise team members, ensure brand standards, deliver great guest service, and help control costs.

You will train staff, monitor food safety, and use POS systems to analyze performance. The role requires a proactive, guest-focused attitude and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; age restrictions may apply.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training; ServSafe certification may be required in certain states.
• English communication is required; Spanish helpful.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the brand image with cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
• Lead and train team members.
• Follow SOPs and ensure food safety and quality.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Analyze operations and costs with the Restaurant Manager.
• Support scheduling and shift coverage.
• Escalate guest concerns as needed.
