Job summary

Jack in the Box in Winnemucca, NV is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards, service quality and food safety. You will lead a team, train staff, and support the Restaurant Manager in delivering a memorable guest experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6+ months in restaurant ops, English communication, andShift Lead training with ServSafe where applicable. This on-site role offers growth, competitive schedules, and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Complete Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe certification in certain states may be required.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.
• Must have access to transportation and complete driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations in line with Brand Values and policies.
• Maintain a clean, well-run restaurant and deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Lead and train team members for Shift Lead roles and future growth.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns and complaints.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Support management in budgeting, cost control, and adherence to labor laws.
