Job summary

Jack in the Box in Sparks, NV is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence. You will lead team members, maintain brand standards, and ensure food quality while following budgeting and regulatory requirements.

You will help train internal candidates, ensure compliance with safety and health standards, and engage with guests to resolve questions and concerns promptly. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
