Job summary

Jack in the Box in Susanville, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations with the Restaurant Manager. You will lead team members, ensure guest service, food quality and adherence to brand standards, while training internal candidates for future leadership.

Requirements include at least 6 months in restaurant ops, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily restaurant operations with the Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain brand standards, guest service and food quality.
• Train internal candidates for Shift Lead positions.
• Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budget and goals.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
