Job summary

Jack in the Box franchisee in Baker, California is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and guide staff, maintain a friendly, clean and safe restaurant, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise daily activities, train team members, and manage shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months in the restaurant industry, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk most of shift; lift 10-50 lbs.
