Angry Chickz in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to guide the front-of-house team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during busy service times.

You will supervise staff, perform light food preparation as needed, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and train new team members to meet our service benchmarks. This role requires weekend and holiday availability and physical stamina to support all service areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in food/service environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Monitor team deployment and shifts as scheduled.
• Conduct shift walk-through to open, transition, and close the restaurant.
• Engage with guests to ensure service and enjoyment standards.
• Assist with food preparation or service tasks when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across the restaurant.
• Complete shift administration and banking tasks.
• Train and guide new team members.
