Job summary

Prismhr Hire is hiring a Shift Lead for Big Chicken in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee shift operations, train staff, ensure food safety, and contribute to a premier guest dining experience at a location operating since 2018.

You will work with the management team to meet revenue goals, handle guest interactions with enthusiasm, and ensure smooth service. Must be 21+, be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months prior experience working as a shift lead.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Train and supervise all staff.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
• Communicate with guests with clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language.
• Work with the General Manager and other leads to meet revenue objectives.
• Implement strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
• Be attentive and offer assistance before guests ask for it.
• Count drinks served and verify guests' IDs.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and handle various payment types.
