Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a trusted team member to support daily store operations in East Ridge, TN. You will open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and returns, and ensure accurate point-of-sale transactions while delivering a warm, helpful customer experience.

You will also assist with backdoor deliveries, price changes, inventory control, and merchandising tasks to maintain a well-organized store environment and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid certifications or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers with a distinctive and delightful experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Register sales accurately and maintain pricing/signage per policies.
