• Manage shift by ensuring the team has tools to succeed.
• Ensure the restaurant meets high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff, forecast and order inventory, and maintain equipment for smooth operations.
• Support sales goals and manage inventory, cash, and other financial responsibilities as directed by the GM.
• Ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist the team during busy periods and help with service and food preparation.
