Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help build an exceptional guest experience while supporting the General Manager in daily store operations. You will coach and develop team members, ensure drink quality and service standards, and uphold brand values in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaborating with leadership, maintaining a positive workplace, and acting as a reliable on-shift decision-maker with a focus on growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting; Ziggi’s experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Lead by example, give/receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliability and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and alignment with brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team.
• Handle administrative duties including inventory orders, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and assist as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
