Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager who combines proactive leadership with guest-focused service to uphold daily operations and a positive store culture.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will guide the team, support onboarding and training, maintain drink quality, safety, and cleanliness, and act as a confident on-shift leader during GM absences. If you value teamwork and brand values, you will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months leadership experience in a cafe or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable on-shift decision-maker.
