ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift team members, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards. You will train new hires, monitor cash handling, and support daily operations across the plaza.

The role requires standing for extended periods, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating, & temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety rules, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
