Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations, training and coaching A+ staff while upholding Krystal’s standards of quality and customer service. You will help manage day-to-day responsibilities, including safety, inventory, and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive results across People, Customer, Sales and Profit during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while training and recognizing A+ talent.
• Partner with management to execute the Performance Management process for staff.
• Drive customer-focused culture and train employees to meet service standards.
• Coach, drive excellence, and hold shift teams accountable on operational procedures.
• Ensure food safety standards are met through direct observation during shifts.
• Work with management to implement restaurant level marketing initiatives.
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor and food control procedures during shifts.
