La La Land Kind Cafe in Austin is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily shift operations, guide staff, and uphold our service standards. You will coach the team, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous supervising experience and food-safety knowledge are preferred. Great growth opportunities available.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food handler certification.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations during shifts.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
