Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe in Westlake, TX is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest service during shifts.

You will monitor performance, coach teammates, handle inquiries, maintain safety standards, and assist with scheduling, inventory, and training.

This on-site role requires endurance for long hours, strong communication, and a positive attitude to support our mission of kindness and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient shifts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
