Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. The role requires coordinating shifts, coaching employees, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies.

Responsibilities include inventory support, training newcomers, and collaborating with management on scheduling and performance improvements. Weekend and shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts.
• Monitor performance and coach for productivity.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with management on scheduling and coverage.
