Job summary

New City Microcreamery is seeking an aspiring Shift Lead to join our year-round, full-time team in Hudson, MA. You’ll supervise Front of House operations, manage opening and closing duties, and mentor scoopers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a pivotal member of a fast-paced dessert shop, you’ll handle transactions, protect assets, and drive profit while ensuring memorable moments for guests through upselling and top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail; familiarity with Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Mentoring and training prowess
• Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction
• Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.

Your schedule:

• 4-6 Shifts per week, 32-40 hours/week.
• Daytime shifts available
• Weekends and holidays
