Qualifications

• 1 year of management or leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Year-round availability required — this is not a seasonal position.
• Must have opening AND closing availability, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching, and turning during all shifts.
• Ability to reach and grasp with hands; talk and hear from far away and in close proximity; taste and smell.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more.

About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you will lead store operations when the Assistant Manager or General Manager is not present. We'll expect you to lead by example with a positive attitude and good old-fashioned hard work, focusing on product quality, strong team leadership, and supreme customer service. We're looking for someone with a natural ability to connect with people, who enthusiastically guides their team to deliver a moment of joy to each and every customer.

This is a year-round position — we scoop joy in every season, and we're looking for someone ready to grow with us beyond the summer rush. Full-time and part-time positions available. Previous leadership experience preferred.
