New City Microcreamery in Arlington, MA is seeking a full-time Shift Lead to guide daily operations and guest experiences. You will lead Front of House on shift, open and close the shop, manage transactions, and support growth across locations.

As we grow and expand into new locations, this could be where your growth story begins!

What You'll Be Doing...

As a Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in daily operations and guest experience by:

• Leading Front of House operations and setting the tone on shift
• Opening and closing the shop
• Handling transactions, cash, and deposits

What We're Looking For...

Schedule:20-25 hours/week (3-4 shifts, weekends availability required)
